My husband has severe lower back pain and was recommended to see Dr horn. He had 1 zoom call with Dr Horn and there after was to get an rfa for pain....never happened due to the complete unprofressionalism of this office ..the Dr cannot keep an asst for some reason because that was the excuse I was given as to why I couldn't get an appt ..when we finally did the office said that the insurance wouldn't cover BUT when I spoke to my insurance company they claimed they were waiting for a response from office ..I'm sure the Dr is competent ,but she needs to have a better team in her office to be successful. It takes a village.

I have been a patient of Dr. Horn for 3 years now. She has always treated me with utmost professionalism, and I feel very fortunate to have her on my team of medical professionals. She has shown me nothing but kindness since the moment I have met her and her bedside manner is the best amongst her peers. She is meticulous in her work and treats you like a person instead of just a patient.
