David Chen, at U of Miami Hand Clinic is snarky, rude, a poor communicator. He doesn't answer questions. He didn’t arrange the necessary followup care for my injury. I went to a different dr elsewhere and am now getting positive results, the care program is completely different. I wasted 2 uncomfortable months immobilized for no improvement. This clinic did not provide any quality of care, they just took my money. They do not function well as a unit including reception services. Do not use this Dr or this facility, there are much better providers in the area.

Dr. Chen, end of May, cancelled my pre-surgery visit while I was already in his office. We met just once, two years ago, so I thought was weird that he didn't need to visit me again, after 2 years. These day of the procedure he didn't even show and, because no one had recent infos about my case (he cancelled the May visit remember?) the other doctors were clueless, the procedure was useless, painful, unnecessary and expensive, And he also signed the report as attending surgeon! Wow! He is invisible too! This is my own opinion based on my own experience.
