David Keyes's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Keyes is very professional and knowledgeable. He is attentive, thorough, and takes his time to answer all my questions and concerns. My most recent visit, I went in after a fall on the weekend. His technician took X-rays and Dr. Keyes made an assessment why I was in such pain. No broken bones, yay! 😀 He ordered an MRI which showed torn ligaments and meniscus tear in my knee. Prescribed anti inflammatory meds and sent me to a physical therapist. Overall great experience with him and his staff. Keep up the good work!

Doctor Keyes and staff are very professional and most of all they listen to you as expected, went in with a 10 in pain and as soon as I took the medication prescribed I was a 5 in pain, I waited to see Doctor Keyes 2 months, I don't know why I had to wait so long, in my books he is the best! I highly recommend.

I was crushed in 2019 in a work accident in key west while building a 860000 thousand gal fresh water storage tank on the navy base. My injuries were pretty severe to say the least. He was more than just a doctor. He truly listened to what I had to say and always asked for my input on different treatments before he made a decision. The girls at the counter were the best and just made the visit that much better. Thank you so much for everything you do. Larry D.

The other reviews about Dr. Keyes are very nice, not sure why I was treated differently. Dr. Keyes was very nonchalant & lackluster with me. I felt like a customer at a subpar fast food spot. I’ve been going to him for months due to a serious back injury at work. In a lot of pain & when I try to talk to him personally about what I’m going through he just doesn’t even pay attention. I’m a very kind and respectful individual. The office is very somber & sad. The receptionist is extremely nice & sweet, then after that the rest of the experience is not good. After he would be done asking me generic questions & lifting one of my legs, which ever one he was closed to, he would speak into a recorder, and tell me when he’d like to see me, & just walk out of the room. I’d sit there thinking he was coming back or he’d tell me what to do. NOTHING. I’d just get up & go to the receptionist & ask her “am I done?”. She’d have to ask around to make sure , and then tell me yes. Why doesn’t he say anything to me before he walks out of the room. Like I’ve said I’ve been doing for months. Yesterday when I left I was feeling so much pain in my back high anxiety & a doctor who is no help. I got in my car with tears in my eyes. Called the insurance company & told them to switch my doctor immediately. Honestly this has NEVER happened to me. All of those older people in there, I wonder if he is treating them that way. Made me think about if a doctor treated my mother this way, giving no real hope.

Dr . Keyes Is a Really nice doctor , He is very involved with his patients . He was concern about my shoulder hurting me and he send me to physical therapy.. since I was involved in a terrible car accident ,The others places I went to , I felt that no other doctor really cared , but he did.

Dr. Keyes is amazing! His bedside manner was by far the best I’ve ever seen. He’s very detailed in how procedures will be done. As well as give his views on aftercare. Dr. Keyes is a straightforward type Physician.....

Must be a skillful in the surgery room but when treating with patients, not a pleasant individual to deal with as an MD. Runs out of patience easily (rushing) and if u have an ortho related question you did not fill out while registering. Make another appointment is his response. Pay me and come back again. More quantity and less quality. So glad he is not the only fish in the ocean.

I am extremely upset about the very little care I received. I was sent to this place by work comp and it seems to me that they care for you based on how they are getting payed. I will definitely seek for a different doctor because I feel like my pain does not matter to the doctor when is evident that I am bruised and swollen and most importantly IN PAIN!
