The office staff was very rude and you had to pay for parking downstairs in the parking office and also when you go park your car there’s no parking spaces and it’s very difficult to park in that building and they charge you to. Also the doctor is also a real estate agent it’s not there at all times. I feel very negative feelings staying

Great Doctor but appointments are first come first serve wgen the doctor shows up,, so of course everyone shows up hoping to be first , so full waiting room and too bad for poor soul who has to wait Half a day

DR GALBUT PERFORMED MY SURGERY IN JUNE OF 2018. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WOULD BE DOING AND POST OP ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND PHONE CALLS, ANY TIME OF THE DAY OR NIGHT. I ONCE CALLED HIM AND HE WAS IN ISRIEL ON VACATION AND HE TOOK THE TIME TO TAKE MY CALL. I COULD NOT RECOMEND ANY OTHER PERSON TO PERFORM OPEN HEART SURGERY TO MY FRIEND OR FAMILY.

After they cancel my appointment they rescheduled me to the next month appointment just for read the results that’s so bad for me, I think he is a good doctor but the time I have to wait in his office is like 1 hour and 30 minutes just for same history they have to pay attention on that. Thank you

Doctor is the best but coming in the office is a real nightmare. The gave me an appointment for 1 pm then they call me for reschedule at 3 Then when we get to the office at 2.45 pm they receptionist said we have to wait until 8 patients go first.This is a disrespect with patients, also she told me if you want wait or go! What kind of customer service is this? And she told me if you appointment is for 1 pm you are late! My hod!They must give a course to this people of customer service skills
