Dr. Trueba came highly recommended but the office is poorly administered. I felt they had poor communication and they have loose office procedures which are to be in place and adhered to in order to prevent mistakes. My labs were faxed to the wrong hospital then I was admonished and lectured for not having completed them and had my appointment automatically set back without ever speaking directly to me. Plus they didn't want to hear about it portraying they were above constructive criticism. Not at all the direct fault of Dr. Trueba whom I hear is extremely nice and competent and our telehealth calls WERE satisfactory. Just what works in the background was faulty and unable to be trusted and not a comfortable position to be put in as a patient.

I was so refreshed to meet Dr. Trueba during my stay for Hyponatremia at the hospital. I feel he is going to be an integral part of my future care as I live and manage my Diabetes Insipidus. He brought up aspects of my condition that I was able to learn more from and had a solid plan for approaching changes to my medications. I feel confident he will help me!
