Dr Wells is an excellent Dr, I thank you Dr Wells for being there the night of my heart attack! Upon hearing about your retirement I requested my records to be sent to Cardiovascular Center of Miami but now following up (years later but why should that matter) they never received them, now 14 years of medical records are gone as there is no way to follow up with anyone affiliated with the office. Cardiology Center of So Fl said that regardless of time frame when they get records they set up a file. My new cardiologist will have to start from scratch.
