Very professional and her staff has great customer service. I love when a problem occurs dhe immediately send me to a specialist.
I Called the office to ask about something and literally she put me on hold never ask and never respond back ''RUDE'' I don't mind being on hold for a while but please acknowledge me.
Been my family Doctor and Staff very nice sweet professionals
I have been visiting this doctor office for the last five years and have always find a very professional staff .at times calling after work hours to check on me.
Not a good experience at all!!! I was looking for a new doctor's office, one that was close to my home so I picked this one. Big mistake my first visit the lab technician gave me a hard time about my blood work due to insurance problems and she was rude. Even after I called my insurance company in front of her and the representative confirmed that I can have my blood drawn without it being a problem. I can't think of her name at the moment but she was Hispanic. So after I got the approval she told me that she couldn't do my labs anymore because it was too late and that she had to get the specimens ready for pick-up which I think she was just being spiteful. I got upset & told her that she didn't mention that there was a cut off time when I told her I was calling my insurance company to prove that it was okay for me to have my lab work done. & that the services there was not good so she ended agreeing to do my labs but stated they wouldn't be sent out until the next morning. I didn't have a problem with that, I just didn't want to drive to another place for my lab work, she could of offered that option fom the start instead of telling me that it was too late to have my labs done. The next day I stopped back by to pick up papers for my job. I asked was my lab work sent out already and I was told they were sent out yesterday. I found that strange after she specifically told me it was too late to have my labs done & they won't be sent out until the next day. Also the PA called me & asked for my pharmacy information because she was going to call in a script for me to pick up the day of her call so I gave her the information but the pharmacy never got the script. I received calls the following days from the doctors office asking for the same pharmacy information. Then I had a follow-up phone appointment & on the day of my appointment they called me a hour later saying the doctor won't be able to talk to me because I didn't list her as my primary doctor. I called my insurance once again to verify. The representative told me because of the type of insurance I have I didn't need to list a primary doctor. I didn't even bother to call them back. After my experience with the lab technician I had already made my mind up to look for a new doctor's office after my follow-up appointment & that didn't even work out.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
