Must unprofessional place ever seem . My husband was scheduled an appointment to be seeing by her today upon arrival during registration I ahd to contact out insurance because no one wanted to provide us with clarity if we were getting billed by specialist only or if we will also receive a hospital or outpatient facility bill during the process reg office spoke to doctor and we were told that if everything was resolved before 1pm everything was fine and without leaving the lobby I reached out to their billing dept with my insurance due their negligence and at 12 35 pm. Our app was at 11 am when we finally had everything verified we were then told that she was not going to see us today and that he is appointment was going to be moved to February. We asked to speak to a supervisor from patient experience to formally document the issue and they also refused and provided us with a telephone number to call . We were them told that some of his blood work from 2 days before was not ready for the appointment. It is a disrespect and huge lack of professionalism and integrity from this office. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE . Horrible

The most irresponsible and unprofessional experience I've ever had concerning the Doctor and her office. I will let everyone know how unprofessional this Doctor and her office is. I will also be contacting my senator concerning this matter.

My visit was long but okay. The unsatisfactory result was that Dr Byrnes wanted me to see a ton of specialists for conditions that had already been diagnosed and controlled by highly competent doctors at Stanford University. I have neither the time or the money to engage in duplicate diagnosises. However my biggest complaint is the lack of response to my refill requests. 6 days without response for a heart rate and blood pressure drug has put me in true danger. I will be seeking a new doctor that understands that putting my life in jeopardy though non response is never acceptable for any reason!
