I was concerned about my daughter diagnoses and management. Dr Diaz listen attentive, give education clarify my doubts my fair. Staff very effective. He draw diagrams for me he went extra mile and asked my daughter if she had any question, he send me an article to read. He did an assessment to my daughter very professional how supposed to be. He is dedicated professional, speak Spanish. He is very approachable. Very good experience so far. He practice at Nicklaus

He is a wonderful Doctor, always quick to respond to emails and always helpful and very informative.

I’m very disappointed with the scheduling department at this office. I made an appointment with Dr. Diaz, they only had space for after 2 months which is understandable. The day before the appointment I got a call saying the doctor doesn’t take my insurance (which they had confirmed to me it was good when I made the appointment) I wasted 2 months that I could have schedule with another doctor. The lady who called me said it wasn’t her fault that she didn’t make the appointment and my only choice was to pay for it. Please don’t make others waste their time.

I'm sad to say that we did not have a great experience with Dr. Diaz. He was more concerned about his wife's flight than in my child's first visit with him. My son was referred to him for short stature and came highly recommended by his pediatrician. The visit consisted of Dr. Diaz answering his phone several times to speak with his wife that was about to travel on a plane, Dr. Diaz asking me what I expected for my son if I am short person myself, and then looking at my 10 year old son and telling him "you'll be about 5'5 at the most" and not taking a moment to care about answering my child's questions. He was rude and dismissive, giving us little hope for any treatments by telling us my son wouldn't qualify through our insurance and that it would be expensive. His "nurse" is another sour taste. She took over a week to respond to my calls and each time spoke to me with attitude. Gave me weak excuses as to why his tests hadn't been scheduled or why he didn't have any follow-up appointments. As a registered nurse myself, I know exactly how the processes are and know that she had just forgotten to schedule my son for the tests/follow-ups. She interrupted me when I spoke, answering me with an edgy tone when I was trying to remind her about our case since it had been over a month that anyone had contacted us. I'm very disappointed in the lack of care we received.
