Not recommended, The workers are rude and don’t know how to treat customers. I have been a couple times and every time I have been treated with an attitude.

My mother is 90 yrs old they treated her so bad she could’ve had an heart attack . Horrible treatment the nurse was screaming at her I ask why are you screaming she most old people don’t hear. Well guess what my mothers hears perfect . She didn’t assist her to use the machine, she left came back and told her you did it wrong. This nurse had no RESPECT N NO PATIENTS !!!!! Horrible place they back each other’s back trying to say I’m sorry at the report They should close this place down they have people with no respect no morals !!!!! The Doctor Shapiro should retire stop hiring people that don’t even no English especially if the have no Morals!!!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. They only care about medicaid patients so they can steal from them. You see the doctor for 5 seconds and you're not allowed to talk to him outside of that for any questions at all. They got my prescription wrong at their optic and they refuse to listen to my concerns unless I pay to see the doctor again. EVEN WHEN IT IS THEIR OWN MISTAKE. And the young girl i spoke to on the phone HUNG UP ON ME! So rude. No personalized care either, those other reviews must be fake. Just check to see: the reviews with the most likes are the negative ones. I had heard Dr Shapiro was an excellent doctor, but I am incredibly disappointed with my experience and especially his staff.

My grandma got cataract surgery at Shapiro Vision Center and her eyesight has improved significantly. She can now read her favorite books with ease, something she couldn’t do before the procedure.

Magnifica. En lo referente al Dr. Pero algunas personas que trabajan dentro de la clínica no te son explícitas a la hora de tu preguntar para saber algo. Noto que con la velocidad que andan incurren en no darte los datos que tú necesitas. Yo voy a consulta con todo mi tiempo. Por tanto la ligereza conmigo como paciente me deprime enormemente... Gracias

I recently did an eye checkup at Shapiro Vision Center, and I couldn’t help but notice that they only use the latest equipment. Going forward, I will only have my issues checked at Shapiro Vision Center.

The thing I like most about Shapiro Vision Center is their efficiency in service delivery. Whenever I go there for eye checkup, it only takes me 10 minutes before I see the doctor.
