I had a good experience getting treated at Dr. Be's office earlier this year, but their billing department is a mess. Numerous phone calls, emails and text messages went unanswered when I asked when my claims would be filed with the health insurance company and once that was done >8 weeks later and my health insurance company paid out the claims in a timely manner, they have still not reimbursed me for the costs I paid upfront for my visits. It's been >45 days since Dr. Be's office was paid out. Insane.

It was an awesome experience, they really helped with my back pain. Very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, 1 star for now as my insurance claim has not been submitted since February 6 after 7 follow ups by emails and 4 calls. Poor customer service team ruining the reputation of such a great place Update: the owner replied stating they processed the claim. I don’t see it on my end. There is no reply to 7 emails. Please provide the evidence by replying to emails. The customers should not have to reach out via google reviews to get a response to an email.

I visited Dr.Be for spine issues and pain. We did a protocol using spinal traction decompression and the difference is huge, I feel relief and the pain went away within a few sessions. Highly recommend it!

Love this place! Great rehab facility. They have a spinal traction decompression table that works wonders. This really helped me recover from my back injury. I strongly recommend it

Estuve 8 años con un fuerte dolor del nervio ciático. No podía durar mucho tiempo sentado, de pie y mucho menos dormir por el dolor. Hice terapias en muchos lugares, me colocaron un montón de vitaminas, analgésicos y nada. Me recomendaron al Dr. Guillermo y llevo apenas menos de 1 mes de terapias y mi recuperación ha sido excelente, no ha sido fácil el proceso pero El Dr. y todo su equipo son una maravilla, desde que te reciben en el front desk hasta cada uno de los terapistas. Debo decir que la felicidad de estar aliviado y sentirse bien después de tanto tiempo de dolor, no tiene precio. Gracias a todo el equipo Dr. Be!

My experience wasn´t great. I went a few weeks, only the first time I had an interaction with Dr. B. after that, every single time it was with one of the therapist, who were always very professional and amazing, but unable to help in the long term. I requested a follow up appointment with Dr. Bello but, even though he was around, he didn´t seem to really be concerned about checking on me, nor didn´t spare a minute to assist me. I really regret not going to a proper doctor right away.
