Their service and staff was super professional and nice. The office was super clean and the wait was also very good. We finished and were out quickly. Dr. Alonso was very nice and knowledgeable as well. Totally recommend them!!

I don't know about the Dr himself, but I know about the customer service person he has (someone called DIana). As unprofessional as it gets. Good luck using their services

My mother has been seeing dr. Alonso for several years and was good in the beginning but now doesn’t listen to her and doesn’t help. He has assistant that now does his job so he can leave. He should retire if he does not want to see patients.

The intake process took a few minutes, but the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. First the medical assistant went over my history and took my vitals. The nurse practitioner went over my medical complaints in great detail. The doctor came in and we had a comprehensive discussion of what could be causing my problems and how to treat them. Overall, very professional and effective. Happy with my decision to seek medical attention here.

Waited more than an hour to be seen first by the nurse practitioner and later by doctor Alonso. Seems that the nurse practitioner takes control and manages visits. Doctor was ok, does not take much time to answer questions, dismissive.

Fue mi primera vez, cómo es lógico tarde algo porque tuve que llenar papeles , pero tuve una atención excelente en todo momento, los médicos fueron muy amables y vi interés en buscar soluciones a mi problema, para ser la primera visita me fui satisfecha, espero siempre sea así , luego les contaré más y así se los podré recomendar a los demás

It was my very first time visiting the office the staff was very nice the office was very nice clean . And the doctor's was nice and gave me all the time that it took for my appointment their was no rush we talk about my issues and they ordered test and I can't wait for my next appointment coming soon to see what's our next move is going to be can't wait for their help I just can tell that they are going to be able to do what is best for me .Thanks you.
