Dr. Salomon is Miami’s best!!! His attention to detail like no other. Natural looking procedures, and his staff spectacular!!! The massages the follow-up, could not be happier!
Complcations happen. My story. Iv waited a good while to post my story. I am 6 months post op now and wanted anyone reading this to have a good information when making decisions about surgery . Dr. Johnny Solomon performed Explant with lollypop lift . I had had my implants in for 20 years . I had longed to have them removed for at least 15 of those twenty years. They looked great but just not for me. So my first advice to young girls is maybe just don't do it. I would say probably 70% of my friends who had implants done when they were younger all want them out now. So when a friend of mine had hers removed with Johnny I was paying close attention. She had no complications and results were great so I decided to do it ! Everything went as scheduled in the surgery. I was fine and had minimal pain. I never took any of the pain meds. About a month post surgery my right breast filled with inflammation or Seroma as they call it. The dr immediately had me come in and they had to insert a needle thru the chest area and drain the seroma... yes OUCH :( but even worse is the fact that unfortunately I got used to it. The seroma kept coming back so the draining twice a week became my new norm. From what the dr. explained usually he drains just a few times and it stops but not in my case. After no end in sight he decided to insert a drain that I would need to go home with for a couple weeks. Double OUCH .That procedure I could never get used to. Even though he injected some numbing, it was really painful, and I have a pretty high tolerance for pain. So then 2 weeks with the drain in me and it did not help so it was removed and he went back to draining with the needle weekly. This went on for 4 months.. At this point I was sure I was going to need surgery again. I let the doctor guide me and tried to have faith . After about 4 or 5 months suddenly it did start to dry up and the cavity closed. At this point I was left with alot of scar tissue and one slightly deformed breast. The scar tissue pulls especially when i raise that arm. It is uncomfortable and doesn't look great but at least no more draining . Im still not really sure why this happened but I think it may be from a little bit of that thin lining that was not removed. And I will say that some doctors don't remove it because they feel like that would leave more damage inside. I think they make that decision based on what they see when they go in. So in closing if you ask me would I still have done it had I known all this ...I probably would say yes. I really did not want to have implants inside my body anymore.I just wanted to feel like my natural self . So for me even with the complications It was worth it . Just go into it with the knowledge that these things can happen and even with a great doctor you could find yourself in a similar situation. I really like Dr. Johnny Solomon and I still have hope that maybe that one breast will get better with time. Dr.Solomon has said he has a laser in his office that he says could help, but it's pricy and so we will see. I hope this has been helpful to somebody.Im happy to talk to anyone who has any questions. I wish there would have been somebody out there with a similar issue that I could have talked to. Good luck

I had my surgery done nine days ago and I will tell you the doctor‘s hands are amazing. I had no pain. I had a neck and facelift lower and upper brow. Thank you, Dr. Salomon
Life-Changing Experience – Thank You Dr. Salomon and Team! I had the absolute privilege of having an extended male tummy tuck performed by Dr. Salomon, and I can honestly say the experience has been nothing short of life-changing. From the moment I walked into his practice, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and a level of care that instantly put me at ease. The entire team—from the front desk staff to the nurses and surgical coordinators—made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. Every question I had was answered with patience, clarity, and compassion. Dr. Salomon is not just a brilliant plastic surgeon—he’s an artist. He took the time to truly understand my goals and made me feel confident every step of the way. The attention to detail, the personalized approach, and the genuine care he shows his patients is rare to find. He never rushed our conversations and always made sure I was mentally and physically prepared for the journey. The surgery itself went flawlessly, and the post-op care has been exceptional. I felt supported throughout the entire recovery process, with the team checking in and offering guidance at every stage. The results? Beyond my expectations. The contour, the tightness, the natural appearance—it has completely transformed how I feel in my own skin. My confidence has skyrocketed, and I finally feel aligned with the hard work I’ve put into my body. Dr. Salomon and his team don’t just change bodies—they change lives. If you’re considering an extended tummy tuck or any cosmetic procedure, do yourself a favor and book a consultation with Dr. Salomon. You’ll be treated with the highest standard of excellence, professionalism, and care. Thank you, Dr. Salomon and team, for helping me become the best version of myself. You are truly the best in the field!
My experience with Dr. Johnny Salomon has been truly wonderful and joyful, in spite of it being such a major surgery—especially on something as important, delicate, and deeply personal as the face, neck, and lips. From the very beginning, Dr. Salomon didn’t just see me—he heard me. His hands and skills are truly magical and even divine. He understood me on a deep, sincere level—what I was hoping for, what I had been through, and what I truly needed. That kind of understanding is rare, and it made all the difference. Just 24 hours after surgery, even with a lot of swelling, I could already see changes that made me emotional and very happy. Recovery is challenging, but the care I’ve received has been amazing. I chose to have 24-hour post-op care with Frances, who was referred to me by Dr. Salomon’s team. She’s been working closely with him and his patients for over 20 years, and now I understand why. That level of care is optional, but I highly recommend it. Frances is truly wonderful—deeply committed, attentive, and incredibly on point. She and her team provided full 24-hour care for the first five days after my surgery, making sure I had my medications on time, applying creams and Arnica, and keeping fresh ice packs going constantly. Her care was consistent, compassionate, and extremely professional. Her entire team reflects that same level of dedication. If you have the chance to include 24-hour daily care with Frances and her team, take it—it truly helped my recovery in every way. Now just one week later—Day 7—I’m amazed at how little bruising I have. There’s still swelling, but the bruises are minimal. On top of that, the combination of the lymphatic massages and the oxygen therapy booth has been incredible. Not only do they feel amazing, but they’ve been deeply healing. I could feel the difference every time—less tension, more circulation, and a real sense of relief. These therapies, paired with Dr. Salomon’s skill and the care I received, have made this healing process so much more comfortable, soothing, and effective. Dr. Salomon has also stayed in touch, calling my nurses directly to check on me. That kind of follow-through means a lot. It shows how much he truly cares about his patients—not just during surgery, but afterward too. And even though it’s only Day 7, I’m already really excited to see the final results. I know this is just the beginning, and I’m feeling hopeful, supported, and very thankful that I chose Dr. Salomon for this journey.
This is my third surgery with Dr. Salomon and he is the only one I trust! I had a rhinoplasty done with him in 2009, my first mammoplasty in 2011, and recently replaced my implants. I have zero complications in all surgeries and he has been an absolute pleasure. He and his staff are very helpful, listen to your every concern, and answer all your questions. The post-op care is also fantastic. They make you feel so comfortable and you know you are in good hands! I also have to recognize Sandra and her post op massages. She is the best and the sweetest!! The results are amazing and I cannot recommend Dr. Salomon and his team enough! He is truly an artist! Isis
Pleasant environment, staff is kind and atentive. Dr Salomon has been very available since the beginning of my journey. Highly recommend!
