Dr. Martin N. Zaiac's Online Review Report Card

Yesterday was my first visit with Miami Skin and Laser. Dr Zaiac performed Mohs surgery on my left thigh and inside my right nostril for squamous cell carcinoma. I was very pleased with him and the entire staff. I was very concerned especially with the cancer right inside my nostril. Dr Zaiac was able to get it all out and did a great job! Stitches on thigh but none required in nostril. This is definitely my go to place if needed again.

Be careful! really upset and disappointed in this doctors visit. For a while I have been dealing with some pretty upsetting issues and I was really looking forward to this doctors visit to get the answers I needed. I was looking for advice and suggestions or even potential reasons why i had the issues I had. For example I have balding on the right side of my head.. I asked why it might be and she basically said idk it’s common and requested the nurse right away to get a needle to begin injections to attempt to fix the bald spot. This is without even telling me they were steroid injections. Steroid injections which I cannot take. The whole time I felt rushed. The bald spot was not the only problem I went in for.. but all the problems were handled the same.. no advice no information just prescribe prescribe and prescribe drugs, pills and topicals without explaining what they are. So I asked for more natural remedies if possible because a lot of medicine I cannot take and her response was “sorry I went to school to study medicine so I prescribe medicine”. I felt like the doctor didn’t empathize with me on what I was going through and just wanted to get me in and out with multiple prescriptions. But rather I was looking for answers and why this problems started happening to my body in the first place. Now all my questions are still unanswered and I’ll be seeking other opinions. Please do not take anything this doctor prescribes without asking what it actually is and the effects it can have on your body

My experience with this office was awful. I called at the beginning of July, they gave me an appointment for July 20th. Then they called me to reschedule my appointment for the 19th because the doctor wasn’t going to be in the office on the 20th, which I agreed with. Then they called me to reschedule the appointment for the 27th, because the doctor wasn’t going to be in the office on the 19th. I said Ok. On the 26th I decided to call the office because I saw nobody was calling to confirm the appointment the day before. The secretary tells me the appointment was for the 19th and I cancelled it. I was so upset because the appointment was rescheduled by them twice and I never cancelled any. And she couldn’t give me a new appointment until August 23rd. I think this is so unprofessional and disrespectful with a patient. I don’t recommend them.

Short wait. Very thorough examination by Dr Zaiac. Addressed my concerns and explained all issues. I have great confidence in Dr Zaiac and his personable staff.

Great visit, great staff

If I could give zero stars I would!Had been doing scar laser treatments with another dr for a year, wanted a second opinion.Dr Zaiac got recommended.He made my scar even MORE obvious and has totally messed up my FACE!!!Doesn't have a clue on what lasers do and just and overall a BAD doctor!!!I can't believe I paid him to do even further damage to my face!!!!HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

My experience with Dr. Zaiac and Agnesse is always positive. My only problem is that the wait time is a bit long.

Honest and caring

I moved to the PNW, and there’s no one like Dr. Zaiac AND his team! I feel very cared for every time!

The office is very efficient & friendly; Dr. Zaich is very calming and tunes into his patients concerns. He performed Mohs surgery and it went very well. I feel very comfortable and assured being under his care and would highly recommend him.
