Well, It was my first visit so I wasn’t there too long, Dr. Maura is working on a plan for my next visit, hopefully I can get back on my treatment God willing, she seems to be a great Rheumatologist read her reviews and that’s Why I scheduled my appt with her. Staff was great! Very polite.

This doctor is the most unprofessional and unemotional person I have ever had to deal with. An appointment canceled by the doctor, no problem, no excuse, no priority appointment and another appointment given 6 weeks later (You have pain and can't wait, no problem, suffer in silence). A totally incompetent staff without any motivation who answers you with an air of sufficiency or hangs up on you 3 times in a row and makes you wait for 1 hour with music. If you need a rheumatologist, don't waste your time with this team. Customer service and attentiveness are not words they know. It would be rather business, business. I am unfortunately obliged to stay with them because it is a referal but if I had the choice I would run away…
