My daughter did an awake rhinoplasty with Dr Z. a month before she turned 17. She is about 6 months post op and is so happy with the result! From the very first consultation, she was put at ease right away by Dr. Z. and knew he would deliver the natural look that she wanted. Everyone in the office is warm, welcoming, and made my daughter and I both feel at ease every step of the way! I recently had a revision rhinoplasty, a lip lift and a chin implant with Dr. Zhuravsky. Unfortunately, my previous rhinoplasties did not have good outcomes, so to say I was extremely nervous to have another revision would be an understatement. Starting with my initial consultation, Dr. Z., truly took the time to understand my needs, explain everything in detail and gave me realistic expectations. The care I received before, during and after surgery was exceptional. My fully awake surgery took about 6 hours. I don’t even feel like I had surgery as it felt more like I was being pampered. Foot massage during surgery, constant check ins from all his staff asking me if I am comfortable and if I am doing okay. No pain or discomfort during the entire surgery. All his staff went above and beyond. Barbie and Valeria were so kind and patient from the moment I called the office; always available to answer questions which made the whole experience stress free. I waited three months to write this review given that this was my third revision, the swelling was significant, but I am so pleased with the outcome. I finally have a nose that’s straight, fits my face and looks natural. Choosing Dr. Z. as my surgeon was the best decision. He truly understands facial anatomy. He is thorough, meticulous, detail oriented, artistic, and compassionate. Honestly cant say enough good things. Amazing experience from start to finish. I am forever thankful!

Dr. Z is an immensely skilled surgeon who goes above and beyond for his patients. His results are that of a world-class surgeon yet he remains personal and puts significant time into each patient, from consultation to after-care. His team, Barbie and Valeria, are as warm and skilled as Dr. Z. There is simply no one else I would recommend or trust with facial surgery. A gem of a surgical practice!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Dr. Z and his team made me feel informed, encouraged, and the process was SO seamless. My initial consult felt very intentional - Dr. Z took time to dig into the step-by-step process of his approach, demonstrating a live rendering of the subtle anatomical changes that would give the most natural results. Valeria and Barbie were both so sweet while helping get my paperwork together, and gave such a confidence boost on the day of my surgery. While I had some nerves the morning of, those were quickly abated thanks to the positivity of the entire team. They made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout - it was so unique to just be awake and chatting during the case, completely at ease. And of course, I couldn’t be happier with my results! My nose is so much more natural now, and when I look in the mirror, I finally feel like myself. I truly can’t recommend enough!

I got my rhinoplasty done with Dr. Z in late April, and honestly, I have nothing but good things to say. From the consultation to the surgery and all the follow-ups, everything has been such a smooth and positive experience. Dr. Z is super kind and really easy to talk to. He takes the time to explain what will look best for your face while also being upfront about what’s realistic. My results look near identical to the mockups he made for me and are also very natural so I am very happy! I was awake during the surgery, and to my surprise, it wasn’t scary at all! It actually turned out to be a really great experience. Also, Barbie is amazing! She knew I was feeling pretty anxious and was always there to answer my questions and calm my nerves, especially during the healing process. She’s just so sweet and genuinely cares. The whole team at Dr. Z’s office has been wonderful. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and made me feel super comfortable. I’d 100% recommend them, and I’m so happy with how everything turned out! :)

I could not have had a better experience with Dr.Z and his team. I had a primary rhinoplasty performed there about a month ago, and my results have been even better than I hoped. Dr.Z is clearly very skilled, patient and blessedly a perfectionist, which is why I now have a *gorgeous* nose and can breathe well for the first time in a decade. I give this office my highest possible recommendation. Also my dad and I swear that Barbie (his lovely team member) makes the best coffee in Florida ☕.
