Very professionals! The doctor is great, and his staff is amazing. They answer the phone, they returned phone calls, they try their best to give you a solution. Specially Sandra, making my first time appointment, she tried her best to schedule it as early as she could make and space, and after the visit every time I called with question and concerns she listened, and resolved. I highly recommend Doctor Kofman! 100% recommended.

Hola, escribo esta reseña porque a veces nos olvidamos de reconocer el buen trabajo y esto no es solo de una sola persona: el Dr. Kofman, siendo mi médico por 4 años, lo cual estoy muy agradecido por su trabajo tan profesional y siempre demostrado su preocupación con respecto a todo. Mil gracias Dr. También quiero agradecer a su secretaria Sandra, siempre con un carácter tan alegre, cariñosa y familiar. Ella, siempre dispuesta en ayudarte y buscar soluciones rápidas y positivas. Ojalá siempre que siempre existiera un medico como: el Dr. Kofman y una secretaria como: Sandra, entonces la vida fuese muy diferente y nosotros los pacientes fuéramos más felices. Muchos cariños para ustedes y les deseo lo mejor del mundo.

Organized in the practice, except for hard accessibility. Tried calling emailing, and they don't answer or respond. After they saw the review, they reached out and were extremely professional. I tried following up with practice, and they haven't replied to my emails or reached out. The person who answered, said someone would follow up. Review change. Was able to get the appointment. Doctor Kofman and office were professional and on point.
