Hello, I'm a patient of Dr. Ruan at West Kendall Office. I want to share that he has gone far and beyond to help me with my medical condition after having a life threating emergency surgery. UNPROFESIONAL!!!, not only he left me waiting for phone consultation twice. This Dr. gets bather when you ask questions and when you want options. His answer are YES or No, without any explanation…. he proposed 2 new medication, which in the past has not worked; after I asked him, what about this other medication, I heard its good, the Dr. said to me that it was way to strong ….however, to my surprised not only he gave me the medication that I proposed, but he gave me the strongest dosage.

patient of west kendall-upon arrival at this facility, i was greated with smiles and awesome service. Dr. Ruan was very informative, open and answered any questions i had, the receptionist Michelle and nurse Grace both made my visit very comfortable and all this was done with very uplifting attitudes. Jackie (the backbone of the operation) explained everything i needed to do next, this is an amazing experience to be treated this way at a doctors office and i hope other offices come hear to learn
