The attention of the Dr is very good, I have no complaint about that, but sometimes Dr Díaz is not there and there are other replacement doctors and it is not the same, but the attention in general leaves much to be desired, you can never make appointments because they do not answer the phone, you need to know results and they don't answer the phone either.

Dr Díaz is an Excellent pediatrician, I trust in his professionalism, when my son is sick he explains every detail to me. In the 10 years I've been in the office, I've never been unsatisfied.

Great doctor and his staff. very knowledgeable and patient. Everybody in the office is excellent they go above and beyond to make sure that your child gets the the medical treatment. Our kids are in the best hands. Thanks Dr Diaz for everything.

I honestly have no words to describe the disappointment I have with this practice especially since I was a patient myself. Now that I have a daughter it’s been such a hassle just for my daughter to be seen. I can call about more than 10x and no answer, leave voicemails to call back no answer then they wonder why I ended up at urgent care with my daughter instead of their office. But today was unbelievable I had set up a yearly today 4/8/23 weeks ago and they decided to close for Saturday which I understand but the fact that no one was willing to call and to let us know NOW that’s unacceptable. Enough is enough. I work in a pediatrics office and I know things are not supposed to be running like this. Patients especially children come first. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL DEFINITELY BE LEAVING.

I have been taking my girl for years, when Dr. Eduardo is there, the care is invaluable, but the staff is not fit to serve the public, the treatment from the window is rude, as if instead of a pediatrics office they worked treating cattle, the last doctor who He basically did not look at our daughter, who was suffering from a general malaise, I had to get the words out of her mouth with a palette, not counting the deal with the girl, zero eye contact, the truth is that they have lost horrible quality, I do not recommend it to no one for your child Llevo años llevando mi niña ,cuando está el doctor Eduardo la atención invaluable,pero el staff no está apto para atender público,el trato desde la ventanilla es rudo,como si en vez de una oficina de pediatría trabajaran atendiendo ganado,el último doctor que nos atendió básicamente ni miro mi hija que iba con malestar general,tuve que sacarle las palabras con una paleta de la boca,sin contar el trato con la niña ,cero contacto visual,la verdad han perdido una calidad horrible,no se lo recomiendo a nadie para su hijo👎

Dr. Eduardo Díaz is the pediatrician of my two daughters. They have been receiving excellent care from him and all his staff for more than 12 years. Nurse Maria has always been super friendly, attentive and very professional! The experience and opinion of my family regarding Dr. Diaz and his team is undoubtedly the best! Highly recommended! Oh! And whenever I call them with any concern regarding the health of the girls, they answer my calls. Simply…highly recommended!! El Dr. Eduardo Díaz es el pediatra de mis dos hijas.Son mas de 12 años recibiendo una excelente atención de parte de él y de todo su personal. La enfermera Maria,ha sido super amable,atenta y muy profesional siempre! La experiencia y opinion de mi familia respecto al Dr Diaz y su team sin dudas es la mejor! Super recomendado! Ah! Y siempre que les llamo por cualquier preocupación referente a la salud de las niñas contestan mis llamadas. Simplemente…super recomendado!!

El Dr. Díaz es el pediatra de mis hijos, la mejor atención recibida de parte de el y su personal, son ya más de 21 años con el doctor. Muy recomendado.
