Dr. Efrain Gonzalez y su equipo es maravilloso, el doctor no solo es un excelente profesional sino un gran ser humano. Si no hubiese sido por el Doctor y su equipo no hubiesen puesto el marca paso de mi papá tan rápido (en solo 2 días). Les estaré eternamente agradecida, junto con mi familia.

I was misdiagnosed with a top cardiologist in a major hospital. Due to that I almost died. The ER staff told me to see an electrophysiologist. Dr Gonzalez was highly recommended as the best in his field in this area. He immediately knew my condition and did the surgery. Although I was freaked out he always responded to my questions, explained the reality and made sure I understood. Thankfully I am 100% today. I literally trusted him with my life and am so grateful I did.

This Cardiologist is an excellent professional. The office staff treats the patients with great care and knowledge. The best of the best

They make appointments for you months later then don't confirm with you and you miss appointment they will bill you $50 In the Biden economy that's a full tank of gas, sorry I'm not paying a rich Doc for missed appointments

My appointment was canceled and moved to another day. I adjusted my schedule and went to the office on the new day assigned. Nobody was wearing masks in the whole office - it is the first time since the beginning of the pandemic I go to an medical office and nobody has a mask at least to interact with patient. I was obligated to take off my mask for picture. They expected me, the patient, to check the insurance, but I gave all the information when the appointment was set. They were rude and after I even paid and waited, they decided not to provide the service. Refused to take me. I was a patient of this doctor for many years, in other offices - he changed groups several times - and was coming back to this new office due to a new problem aggravated probably by covid. Proof of the cancelation of my payment could not be provided by the staff that told me to call the credit card.

I have no words to describe the lack of education of the staff of cardiologist Efrain Gonzalez. They don't write down the clients' appointments, they don't know if the test results have arrived. They do not answer the phone most of the time, they have an unimaginable lack of professionalism. I do not know how the doctor can work with that group that harms him

The worst experience in a medical office. Staff disrespectfull,without any professional skills. I decided to change the cardiologist and the records I requested has so many errors that appears from another client. I asked to correct them and they never answer my request.Don't lose time, go to a better office.
