Que mal servicio al paciente y poco profesional son en este lugar trataron a mi mamá super mal como si fuese una cosa rara, le dijeron que tenía que irse porque ella tenía el virus del covid lo cual es incorrecto ya que ella se había hecho su examen de los anticuerpos y el doctor primario le dijo que ella estaba bien y no tenía nada y el mismo la refirió al alergista porque ella tiene alergias, al llegar a la cita ni siquiera le tomaron la temperatura y la pasaron a los minutos la sacaron del cuarto y la doctora ubals le dijo frente a todo el mundo que ella no tenía porque estar ahí que era una inconsciente porque ella tenia el virus y la hicieron sentir super mal ella se sintió super avergonzada y para no entrar en una discusión se retiro, escribo este comentario porque me parece de muy mala calidad el servicio que le dieron a mi mamá y la forma en que la trataron, se que las cosas están muy complicadas con lo del virus pero no es la manera en la que se debe tratar a un paciente y además si el doctor fue el que la envió, si ella estuviese con el virus el no la hubiese enviado, yo quise comunicarme con la manager del lugar y no me contestó. Realmente esto es inaceptable y jamas recomendaría a alguien a este lugar, tienen varias oficinas mi mama fue en la que esta en coral gables

Very professional environment the staff is great . No waiting and Dr. Ublas is extremely nolagebale I have other pre existing health issues . Dr Ublas always understands the interaction of the medications so they won't affect my other health issues . I recommend this place to everyone!

Dr. Ubals is one of the best doctors I've ever seen! I live in FL part time and IL the rest, she has kept in contact with my other doctor which is huge. Most don't take the extra step to do things like that. Because my asthma has been so severe she gave me her cell phone number in case I desperately needed to get ahold of her...wow! Her staff was courteous and seemed genuinely concerned with everything that goes on in both Coral Gables and Kendal offices. I appreciate everything's she's done for me! A+

Dr. Ubals was wonderful. She quickly diagnosed my problem. Her office staff was very polite and helpful.

My two children were seen by this doctor in the Coral Gables office, she lost her cool. Poor bedside manners. She walked out of room and had her PA handle the rest of visit. I will never dare see this doctor a second time.
