Couldn't even make it into the office before the incompetent staff made my blood boil and I dont anger easily! I made it to the parking lot after paying for a babysitter when they call me last minute to cancel on me because they couldn't communicate with eachother to verify insurance before my appt. And acted like it was my fault? My time is too valuable to deal with this mess of an office.

Been to several Cardiologists in the last 34 years but I have to admit Dr Haddad has definitely been the most knowledgeable and caring one by far👍🏻❤️I’m very grateful I was referred to him..Now I have my wife going to him and she feels the same ❤️

Office staff is friendly and seem very caring. I've never had a problem when I call to get information about a procedure that I was scheduled for...before or after. Dr. Haddad is very personable and an excellent cardiologist. Listens to you when you talk and answers the questions. With just a couple of visits he ordered monitoring quickly and moved quickly to pacemaker. Called one day and he told me immediately go to South Miami Hospital ER and he would meet me . He did. I have total full confidence in Dr. Haddad and highly recommend him.

One star for the dr's reception office.. I did my blood work and called lot of times to check with them about my result. No one answered properly for months. ..I was worried about my cholestrol level as i went to ER with chest pain and thastswhy i was routed to this dr. ..Pls show some empathy... Doctor this review has nothing to do with ur service... Its just ur reception ...And their rudness to me

There is an indigenous young lady working there who is so rude and looks to be overwhelmingly overworked, she was rude to my self and my mother and seemed to be unhappy doing her job. I’m so confused as to why she is there I don’t understand!
