Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Gomez-Madrazo. He was very professional and informative. He provided me with information that my other gyn didn't provide me with. His staff was attentive and informed me of my insurance coverage. I'm happy that found this office!

Dr. Emilio Gomez has helped me so much, no other doctor has dedicated the time to explain to me my diagnosis like he has. He was very courteous and with great bed side manners. The staff was also very friendly which I appreciated ! If you are having any gynecological problems I definitely recommend you seeing him. Truly a great experience.

Dr. Gomez-Madrazo is extremely knowledgeable and explained to me everything regarding my diagnosis. His staff is attentive and called me 2 days prior to the appointment and let me know my copay and deductible so that I was prepared at the moment of visit.

He is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever met. Not only does he have decades of experience in gynecology and obstetrics, but he is always learning about latest trends in his field. This is why you should expect a doctor who knows a lot from practicing over the years but who also is aware of the latest technology and how to best use it to help improve women’s reproductive health.

I waited over an hour and one-half for appt. Finally, I asked again at one hour and 45 mins. And was told the nurse would call me in ten minutes. No consideration of anyone's time. A room full of women waiting patiently with NO communication from staff as to the long wait time. I told the front office gal behind the sliding glass that I was leaving. Obviously, it was a very unpleasant experience. Looks like all Medicare/HMO Patients. Not worth your effort. They do not care!!
