Dr. Serrano is and will always be the best neurologist. I followed him from Miami UM to Kissimmee. I would follow him to whatever state he goes to. Best service, most caring doctor I have ever had.

I never went to see him I scheduled an appointment twice and get called the day before my appointment to tell me that the appointment was incorrect cause it wasn’t available when I had scheduled it a month prior. They never pick up phone so you see yourself having to schedule it online. For this crap. If this is how the appointments are handled I will imagine the treatment to its patients. I will rather die than try to deal with this particular Patrice.

THE WHOLE OFFICE STAFF AND DOCTORS TREAT PATIENTS THE WAY YOU WOULD TREAT YOUR FAMILY. EXCELLENT CARE PLUS COMPASSION, WHICH IS VERY LACKING IN THIS WORLD. LEAVE YOUR OTHER NUEROLOGIST AND MAKE APPOINTMENT HERE. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Dr. Serrano seria ultimo Dr. en recomendar cuando de Neuro se trata, intente hacer un appointment a mi padre, paciente de Alzheimer y me han cancelado la cita CUATRO veces, una ves esta bien pero cuatro ya es un maltrato y una falta de respeto al paciente

Dr Serrano was the only Dr to correctly diagnose my daughter’s epilepsy. We were devastated when he left U Health. I would recommend him to anyone seeking assistance with epilepsy. We miss him terribly.
