7 months ago my husband was sent home from another Transplant Hospital in Florida on Hospice and told he was at end of life. Took him off medications and fed him good diet. he recovered from meld score of 38 down to a 20. Went to Miami for a second opinion and has been evaluated and listed for a transplant. Dr. Eric Martin said if he couldnt help my husband with transplant he wouldnt send him home without a plan. It is true if you need a miracle go to Miami, we did and now we have hope! Saved my life! One of the best if not the! Forever indebted to him! If you ever find yourself in his care for a transplant, you are a very lucky person. Two years since my surgery and I'm back to a pretty normal life and enjoying every minute of it.
