Went because of a recommendation. Regret going. The staff was nice but the doctor himself seemed bored, didn’t seem to care much. I didn’t trust his words. He sent me a medication for my bloating and it never got to the pharmacy. I called and left voice mails and messages but no one ever responds back. Didn’t like the service and attention. Looking for another doctor.

Dr. Eugenio Hernández Excellent, Compassionate, very attentive to patients needs. Unfortunately his staff is some of the Most Rude med. assistant ls I Ever seen. While you are in the office everyone is nice probably because Dr. Hernández is there; but after you leave, and try to reach by phone, is a complete change I do not know how many times - no matter which extension # 0 or #4 - the hung up the phone, not eve had the courtesy to ask you to wait. Have no words to express how Disappointed I feel. I’m supposed to have a procedure next week that probably won’t be possible, due that I’m unable to reach someone to help with prescription. I just called Dr. E. Hernandez's office to get information on the date of an upper and lower endoscopy which I had more than seven years ago. At that time I was having frequent and severe problems getting swallowed food stuck part-way down my esphagus; I would feel as though I might choke and would have to excuse myself from the table and cough it up. Over three or four years previous doctors had told me to eliminate certain foods, but now I was having the problem with most types of food. The upper endoscopy showed several problems in my esophagus, including bleeding. Dr. H took four biopsies, which turned out to be negative. He prescribed one tiny pill to be taken daily. After these seven years, I'm symptom-free -- unless I miss more than one daily dose of the medication -- and I haven't needed another endoscopy. If you happen to know what that common medication is, don't take it over a period of time without medical supervision; go see Dr. Hernandez and let him diagnose your exact problem.
