Family Medical Clinic North Miami Staff is one of the most professional group of Medical Professionals I have met in Miami!! Starting with Iris, as a receptionist, she goes beyond her scope of duty! Her friendly smile can been seen over the telephone!! Trust me, when you call to book your next visit definitely ask to speak with Iris. In addition, she takes great care in focusing on the details and also follows up with the insurance companies to ensure your visitis, treatments and any labwork you might need is fully covered. As far as the entire team goes, we'll Ancizar, aka, "Cesar " is the most gentle PA, I have ever met. He goes above and beyond as well, to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for while in their Clinic. He takes the time to answer your questions! You can clearly see that he loves bring a patient provider!! The new office manager, Klara is also very sweet and gentle and was recently promoted to that position, which is well deserved. Shana, the Medical Assistant, is also very caring! Even when she has several things going on with other patients, she is smiling and taking the time to provide the right care. Ana is new to the team, but she is also a reflection of the entire group of the most caring medical professionals in MIAMI!! I ALWAYS enjoy going to the North Miami office and truly have only gone to one other location in Coral Gables, where the team is also very warm and welcoming 🙏

Iris was great, very professional and made me feel cared for as a patient! The facility is clean and maintained, would recommend family medical group to anyone!

Came in to see Doctor Tamara since I was sick and she's such an amazing doctor. she took her time in explaining everything to me and I really appreciate that, usually when i go to a clinic the doctors are usually are in a rush but in this clinic I felt heard and not over looked. I also had a consultation with Dr. Gonzalez for some Botox and he was super blunt when it came to the consultation and I appreciate that alot that he was honest and serious about his job. The staff here is amazing and so is the manager that greeted me with a cup of tea and later on with water. felt very welcome in this clinic and will recommend it to my friends and family.

I come to this practice to do my COVID test and wow!!! Starting with the office manager Iris is so nice & professional. Also, the woman that did my COVID test has very much gentle hands and is super nice! Got my COVID results in 15 minutes, result was printed and sent via email. I 100% recommend this clinic

This practice is amazing. They offer physical therapy, med spa and primary care. All staff are so nice and helpful. I always recommend this practice to my friends and family. 100% recommend. Never disappoint

It’s never a good experience getting into an accident. But I’ll like to solely thank family medical group (north Miami) for helping me through this process. Not only did they help dismiss all of my initial pain but they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Hints the name cause they really make you feel like family there. i suffered back injuries in a recent car accident. and this was very scary for me being that I'm a very active guy but family medical group change that. Not only did figure out what exactly was wrong with my back but they knew what it'll take to help dismiss all of my initial pain.
