The worst customer service ever, if you want to lose your time, just make an appointment, the front desk will more than happy we you cancel an appointment after a 1 hour wait. Miami customer service at its finest.

They take forever to call you for your appointment, appointment was at 9:30 and I’m still waiting it already 10:30, and I came early 20 mins ahead. I find it ridiculous, I see the staff coming in out and even the doctor they should be inside helping out the patients.

As far as the Doctor he is really good but his staff is horrible have left 5 voicemails to schedule surgery and not 1 call has his returned

Not only I personaly counsult Dr. Stanziola with my personal ortho issuess . I have take all my relative to him when there has been ortho problems and surgeries . He always pending of his patients' results , his frinedly personality it's very warming and he inspire knowledges and truly care.
