Dr. Mendes has always been one of the best doctors I've ever had. She quite literally saved my friends life. She also has the best bedside manner and is so kind, caring, and listens to you and explains things very well. I couldn't recommend her more. She is amazing and has helped me through various health issues over the years.

Horrible experience with the billing department. They don’t take responsibility for the mistakes they make when billing insurance and I’ve been charged for the same visit multiple times.

Doctor Mendez was very patient and answered all my questions. However, whomever is responsible for calling patients back about reaults does not do so. I needed to call myself and then the nurse was rude and impatient. Because of this, I’m not inclined to go back even though I loved the doctor.

Horrible staff. They set me an appointment for a procedure in Homestead Hospital where the Dr. Mendes doesn't work anymore. What make this experience worst is that I called twice to confirm the address and the two times they provided me the same Homestead Hospital address when she was actually at Kendall Regional Hospital. Never again!
