My initial visit was good, not great. Doctor was also fair, though not the most diligent. The rest of the practice is why I will not be returning. During my visit, I mentioned to a nurse that I had a cyst along my waistline. The nurse asked me to change into a gown that barely covered my lower half. When doctor came in and saw the cyst she asked why I was in a gown. It was embarrassing and unnecessary to say the least. About a week later I had to call the office for a rx refill, and I could not get a hold of anyone. I left voicemails with the nurse triage for 11 days before someone got back to me, and the rx was denied because they needed another appt. I asked why it took so long for someone to get back to me and no explanation was offered. They just asked if I wanted to book a follow up, to which I told them I had already found a better practice, they seemed indifferent, offered no apology or explanation and ended the call. I also was billed for services recommended by the dr.
