La mejor opción de Miami. El Dr. Flores y su equipo son muy profesionales y compasivos con sus pacientes. Nunca te dejan solo en el proceso. Hasta el 4 de julio me atendieron para hacerme mi primer masaje, la Clínica es muy completa y mi Masajista Ana Leal es súper buena y profesional, no pude encontrar mejor Clínica. Estoy agradecida y la recomiendo 100%.

If I had read these reviews before, I definitely wouldn't have had my surgery here. Thank God I did, because Dr. Flores was the best I could find--super charismatic, professional, and humane. His team is the best, very helpful. Ms. Venus explains everything very well and gives you many options. And my massage therapist, Ana Leal, has saved my life every time I go there. She's definitely the best. I've been postoperative for 15 days, and I couldn't find a better clinic. Dr. Flores and his team are the best. I recommend them 100%.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Dr. Flores and his entire team! From start to finish, Dr. Flores has been incredibly attentive, always available to answer any question no matter the time. His work is truly amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with my results! I had a breast reduction and side lipo. A special shoutout to Ana, who gives the BEST lymphatic massages—she’s not only skilled but also so kind and caring. I highly recommend her! I’ve also had the pleasure of being helped by Sofia and Rosie, who made the entire process seamless and stress-free. The level of care, professionalism, and warmth at this office is unmatched. I’m beyond happy with my surgery and the overall experience. Thank you all for everything!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR AND HIS CLINIC AT ALL, FIRST OF ALL, THE DR ONLY SEES PATIENTS ON MONDAYS UNTIL NOON (MEANING THOSE OF US WHO WORK CANNOT SEE HIM SINCE THAT SCHEDULE IS VERY DIFFICULT) WHEN YOU MANAGE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT A LITTLE LATER THEY CHANGE IT BECAUSE THE DR IS NOT GOING TO BE AVAILABLE AND OBVIOUSLY AFTER HAVING MADE THE PAYMENT OF $ 50 ... AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR A REFUND OF YOUR PAYMENT SINCE YOU CANNOT GO EARLIER BECAUSE AS I SAID BEFORE I WORK, THEY TELL YOU THAT THERE IS NO REFUND THAT THEY CAN GIVEN YOU CREDIT FOR ANOTHER SERVICE AT THE CLINIC.. I THINK THAT IS NOT FAIR SINCE YOU DO NOT WANT ANOTHER SERVICE FROM THE CLINIC, JUST You wanted to see the doctor for his opinion on a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty... I don't think what they are doing is professional. I understand when you are the one as a patient who misses the appointment, but when they are the ones who do not accommodate you as a patient to give you the service you are asking for and on top of that, they charge you... that is why I will never recommend it.

Dr. Flores and his team are amazing!! Dr. Rivera was so kind and helped me understand what was needed to get the results I wanted. The ladies at his office made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Flores gave me the body I've always wanted. It's only been a week and I'm so excited about the results this far. Not only did the surgery go smoothly. The nurse and staff gave me reassurance when I was nervous and answered all of my questions. After surgery nurse Willie made sure that I got the after care I needed. I had some questions when I got home from surgery and Dr. Flores answered my call at 2 a.m.!! I've never received such excellent care before and after surgery!!

After much contemplation and several consultations with different surgeons, I knew I had to schedule my breast augmentation with Dr. Flores. From the moment I stepped foot into the office, his staff welcomed me with open arms, along with Dr. Flores helped me feel comfortable not only in my decision but in allowing my voice to be heard when it came to my procedure. Flores Plastic Surgery truly strives in patient care and ensuring that the patient is treated with the utmost care, love, and compassion. After deciding to schedule my surgery, I felt comfortable knowing that Dr. Flores was my surgeon because I trusted him blindly to give me the results I was wishing for. On surgery date, Dr. Flores not only made sure that I expressed my dream results, however his surgical staff allowed me to feel comfortable going into the operating room, with a team I trusted whole heartedly. Two years post breast augmentation, I could not be happier with my results. Dr. Flores was able to make a dream become a reality, give me the confidence I had been looking for, and doing so while making me feel right at home.
