The Doctor is very good, he asks and answers questions, explains when I ask, suggests and accepts suggestions. Clarifys me when see that I was understanding certain things not well.

Patience. Cleanliness. Friendly.

I would not visit Dr. Baigorri unless you have a simple or straightforward issue and can't find anyone else. After having an amazing pediatric GI doc for years, we were referred here after my now adult daughter was hospitalized for GI issues. Dr. Arevalo from Gastro Health saw her in the hospital and he was amazing and understood all her issues and offered great advice and said to come see him when she gets out of the hospital. He had no appointments until next year, so we decided to try Dr. Baigorri. Total waste of time! Brought documentation of her diagnoses including her recent and rare GI complication that landed her in the hospital. He brushed everything off and totally gaslit us the whole time. Thought we didn't know was IBS was (she's been dealing with that and more since a young child) and he blamed everything on the IBS and wouldn't even hear about her food allergies and said testing is unreliable (we have ige bood testing from Quest). He was literally sitting in front of a sign that advertises a food intolerance test for IBS that is offered at Gastro Health - and he clearly doesn't believe in that... He sent us away saying he couldn't help her and if WE thought of anything that may help, we could let him know. She is 22, can only tolerate 5 foods, weighs 101 lbs and has nausea so bad that she often can't function. She aged out of her pediatric GI doc and was desperate for a new one and his only advice was metamucil wafers. AND, when we said she is allergic to gluten (in the wafers) he said "there's probably only a little gluten in them." I'm still in shock at what a waste of time that was. And lastly, if you need to call the office, good luck! No one ever answers the phones and if you leave a message no one calls back. They tried to charge us a no show fee because we had to cancel a previous appointment. I called and left a detailed message, which apparently no one ever listened to. I overheard another person complaining about that exact thing (calling to cancel and still being charged) while we were waiting (1 hour) to see the doctor. We saw a great doc at UM and will continue there even though we have to wait months in between appointments because he is so popular. Finding a good GI is not easy these days!

Do NOT go to this office!!. My mom has been trying to get help for her serious stomach problems for 3 months and we have yet to get the colonoscopy scheduled. It’s great that Dr. Baigorri is a good Dr. however his office staff is incompetent, disorganized and to say it nicely all idiots. Save yourself the head ache and go somewhere else.

Very well organized. The system of intake to seeing the doctor was seamless. Even though the facility is quite large and many people are passing through, it still felt very personable. It was my first time meeting Dr. Baigorri and I was very pleased, even impressed, with his knowledge, his approach and even his charming demeanor.

Very courteous and friendly. Everyone from the valet to the security to those in the office and the tech and the doctor were kind and made me feel welcomed.
