My kids have been going to this doctor since they were born honestly he’s great I love the staff the facility is very clean everyone is knowledgeable and kind very friendly from the receptionist to the medical Assitant’s and the doctor I wouldn’t even dream of taking my kids any where else

I have been taking my 3 children to Dr. Martinez for 8 years, he is attentive and understanding overall excellent! The staff is friendly and make you feel like family they are efficient.

El lugar es pésimo con las citas, prefieren trabajar por orden de llegada, y cuando llegas simplemente te dicen que hay demasiados pacientes y no te pueden atender. Cuento mi última experiencia porque no acostumbro a publicar opiniones negativas, pero con la salud de mis hijos nadie juega: estoy visitando este lugar hace 2 años para consultas regulares porque mis niños no son enfermizos, hoy llamé a las 11.00 am diciendo que tengo el niño con fiebre para hacer una cita, la persona de la recepción me dijo que solo podía ser por orden de llegada, que viniera después de la hora del lunch: a las 2.00 de la tarde. Llegue exactamente a las 2.30 y no me lo puedieron atender. Tuve que salir a buscar un urgent care, que sentido tiene que nuestro pediatra no pueda atender a sus pacientes habituales. Simplemente absurdo. Si tienes que hacer vacunas, para la escuela, algo de una sola vez, pueden asistir, pero si buscan un doctor comprometido con La salud de sus niños, realmente no lo recomiendo, creo que solo le interesan los números.
