My father, a patient at Leon Medical Center, was referred to this MD, but after I read the enormous amount of negative reviews we cancelled that appointment. I am so grateful that they were honest enough to voice their concerns and complaints. It helped us to stay away from someone who potentially sees patients as numbers in an assembly line. Thank you.

Lamentablemente me lleve una ma impresión con el Dr Francisco Palacios, no sabe como tratar al paciente, lamentablemente no lo recomiendo con nadie, profesionalmente no sabe expresarse bien con los pacientes y en mi persona al verme un poco sobre peso me senti ofendida con sus comentarios, no uso las palabras correctas para hablar si pududiera darle 0 de calificación eso seria mi calificación

He did not want to address questions or concerns his comments were offensive and demeanoring. When i asked a question about my labs his response was if you want to discuss medicine return to school and become a doctor. He questioned my high blood pressure and insinuated that it was anxiety. I wonder if i would have been a male with the same symptoms if he would of thought it was due to anxiety.

I didn't have a good experience with this doctor. First of all, the attention is not good, I had to call many times for my results and I got it after many calls, a test result that is supposed to be ready in 3 days, I got it almost a month later. Also, I paid my Insurance deductible, and I still received a bill in the mail. I called my Insurance and they told me I didn't owe anything to the them. The amount was less than $300, but this doctor sent me to court. UNBELIEVABLE, SPECIALLY DURING THS PANDEMIC!! That means this doctor doesn't care for nothing else, but money. No tuve una buena experiencia con este médico. Primero que nada, la atención no es buena, tuve que llamar muchas veces por mis resultados y lo obtuve luego de muchas llamadas, un resultado de prueba que se supone que estaria listo en 3 días, lo obtube despues de casi un mes. Además, pagué el deducible de mi seguro y aún recibí una factura por correo, llamé a mi seguro y me dijeron que no les debia nada. La cantidad era menos de $ 300 pero este médico me envió a la corte. INCREÍBLE, ESPECIALMENTE DURANTE ESTA PANDEMIA!! Eso significa que a este médico no le importa nada más que el dinero.

Es muy buen Cardiólogo e Intervencionista cardíaco. Lo recomiendo. Hace 20 años el Dr. Palacios me salvó la vida cuando estaba en medio del procedimiento (me haciendo un cateterismo) me dió un infarto al miocardio y logró terminar de ponerme los tres stents que necesitaba y me regresó a la vida. Hasta el día de hoy rezo por el y le doy las gracias por salvarme. Dios le conceda larga vida Dr. Francisco Palacios❗🙏
