I have been treating my 14-year-old daughter in the hospital since she was 12, she had ovarian surgery with another doctor from this team. An exceptional surgeon Cathy Burnweit, who is now retired. As a result I was followed up with this Dr. Sincerely (I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE THAT WANTS TO FEEL PEACE REGARDING THE HEALTH OF THEIR CHILD). He does not like us to express our concerns as mothers who are seeing the symptoms DAY AFTER DAY OF OUR CHILDREN. I can describe his attitude with one word ARROGANCE. I feel that it is very sad that professionals give such a treatment, even more so when it comes to children and adolescents who are in the most complicated stage of their

Dr. Alkhoury recently performed emergency appendix surgery on my 2 year old daughter and I could not be more delighted with how he and his team handled her care. We spent 7 days at Nicklaus Children's hospital and having a team of healthcare workers who go above and beyond in all forms made the process that much easier. Dr. Alkhoury was empathetic yet educational during the post op and recovery process. Thank you Miami Associates in Pediatric Surgery!

Spent so much time with us and answered all our questions. He explained things very well and used easy to understand language. After the surgery he checked on our baby all the time and was available for us whenever we needed him
