Nothing Dr. went to lunch while I waited an hour and 15 minutes and I was there at 1 o’clock for a 115 appointment. I was walking out at 225 when I bumped into the doctor coming in—no apologies were offered no explanations were made it was the most disrespectful encounter I have had in 83 years of life

Dr. Arevalo was great. He spent time and made me feel like he understood the issue and made a direct clear course of action to find a solution. Not common with most specialists I’ve encountered in the past.

After an hour of waiting even though I got to the office 17 minutes early to my appointment... the doctor did not have any of my telehealth visits documented. I had a colonoscopy done due to rectal bleeding last year and even though I have email threads of us discussing this all of the sudden I was at fault for her not documenting correctly because “I denied the presence of blood”. All of the sudden I have nothing but yet she can only treat the symptoms to provide “some” quality of life. She had all of the instructions she gave me all mixed up which makes sense based on the poor documentation. You guys are running a medical office where you are supposed to care for your patients but I’m sure I care more about my customers while getting paid less than half your salary. It’s bad enough to be sick but knowing that the person who is supposed to fix you is only capable of giving you attitude ufff really sucks.

Dont come to this place please horribly and nasty customer services. While I was there waiting the two ladies in the front make fun of people that were calling like quote you hang up on them and they keep calling The doctor Maria Del Pilar Hernandez the rude doctor ever when I asked her a question always answer with very bad attitude. I felt very bad while I was there. It was so bad that I left without taking my results or my medicines.
