Very careless Doctor. His staff us totally irresponsible, and they lack respect and compassion for the elderlly. She is moving on to a better group of Doctors that really care. I am a licensed insurance agent in Illinois and in Florida. As such, I will conduct myself accordinglly, and perform my dyties as required under my code of ethics.

My primary Doctor

Communication between Dr Godoy and the office staff is slim to none as he or they did not listen well to patient request. Three items he agreed to do - 1 thing completed. His staff advised we need to wait 3-4 weeks for a HOSPICE referral to be given. Bye Felicia! We are sadly disappointed how he handled his long time patient from the beginning. I would have given a negative number if possible.

PLEASE BEWARE! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I am a doctor and I contacted this ‘doctor’ because unfortunately he is my aunts’ PCP. I was trying to help my Aunt who has severe covid resulting in bilateral pneumonia and sustained oxygen ranging from 88-94. I asked that he help her and call in potentially life saving medications (antibiotics and corticosteroid) and instead spent 10 minutes arguing and condescending toward me while I was trying to be a voice for my beloved aunt. Absolutely compassionless, passive, condescending and downright mean. Truly appalling and I can’t help but wonder why such a person chose this unsuitable line of work. I cannot recommend enough to look elsewhere for a doctor that actually cares (even a little) for his patients and their survival.

I was trying to help my Aunt who has severe covid resulting in bilateral pneumonia and sustained oxygen ranging from 88-94. She was turned away for hospital admittance due to over-occupancy. She was sent home with nothing. Her daughter was diagnosed with the same thing by a different ER doctor in the same hospital, who prescribed her antibiotics and corticosteroids to manage the pneumonia caused by the virus. Antibiotics can help prevent the pneumonia from becoming bacterial which is more dangerous and the reason to start a course. On behalf of my very sick aunt who needs help, I contacted DR GODOY. He was extremely passive about her condition and truly compassionless. When I explained the situation to him, he became extremely condescending and spoke to me as someone beneath him. He clearly did not know he was also speaking with another doctor. I was requesting that he prescribe my aunt azithromyacin and the same steroid prescribed to her daughter (I am a Naturopathic Physician and do not prescribe such medications). He kept talking over me unpleasantly and was arguing that she just needs go to the hospital (I had already explained that she was sent home but was getting worse). He continued to irrationally attack me, asking rhetorical questions and fighting to provide her with any level of care. I was not asking for him to disclose any medical information, as I am not listed on her emergency contacts. Her daughter, my cousin, also with severe covid is. He then began asking to have my aunt contact him which is also what I had been trying to tell him, but that she can hardly speak and is incredibly sick. He did not seem to understand that I was trying to be a voice for her care as well as my cousin. He went on to nastily argue with me. I asked him why he saw fit to spend time with me fighting to not provide her care rather than take the two minutes to simply prescribe basic medications to help her through this nightmare and hopefully save her life. I have never in my life dealt with someone so unprofessional, lacking any regard for human life. It was appalling. I truly have no idea why this person went into this field of work. He should be an administrative assistant with no public contact. No bedside manner and zero compassion. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere is you want a PCP who has your best interests in mind. Or any interest aside from arguing and condescending. Simply awful. Thankful he is more my doctor.

Don’t ever to go there! I’ve worked with many primary care providers and they by far have been the worst!!!!!

The front desk staff is rude, does not pay attention to detail, disconnect attitude with patient, place on hold for over 30 mins. and poor follow up.

Dr. Goody is a wonderful Dr. He is very compassionate and once you get to know each other you feel very at ease in his care. He is a little quirky but in a good way. He is very through and knowledgeable. He is available to you anytime. He will tell you " call me anytime and I am here for you" and He is. He calls you and chats with you at length if needed. He is good person.

This is a true professional and a Doctor who really cares. Nice staff very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Doctor Godoy to all.
