If, I can rate the office manager Elizabeth at a zero I would in a heart beat. She has to be most incompetent manager I seen in my entire career. She's not caring and promotes poor customer service from her staff. Stay away from this office.

Doctor Carre is the best...This is a doctor that take time to listen to a patient concerns , make sure the patient understand all recommandations & prescribed medications or treatment. Dr Carre is very professional & caring doctor, for me he is the light at the end of the tunnel.

I called to speak to Dr. Carre to inquire about my mother's medication. As a pharmacist, I was curious to understand the reason why he chose the medications he did even though the guidelines for this particular disease state recommend something different. As soon as I asked the question he blew up and became very defensive and rude and couldn't give me a reason behind his choice. I will definitely be advising my mother to find a new more competent and respectful physician.

They have very little respect for people, and never respond to demands for referral or approval for a med from the pharmacy on time. The staff is unprofessional and they are more focused on confrontation than problem resolution...
