Dr George Muñoz, is an excellent rheumatologist. He really provides great patient centered care. Great listener and very thorough. His staff is very professional and friendly, An added bonus the office facility is equipped with in house imaging. Highly recommend this office.

I’m new patient.. since I came here 3 months ago … for me come here is a torture Front desk ladies are the worse rude unprofessional and racist . YES with Latin people . Then the staff are terrible when you ask for something .for sure Dr Munoz doesn’t know how this people are , need training urgently , customer services . Thinking not coming back anymore . Thinking looking for RA DOCTOR.

The staff is so incompetent! It is impossible to get through on the phone to talk to anybody or the doctor about a problem!

Dr. Ramreddy is a good doctor, but the office, the staff members would get 0 stars, if it was possible. Very unresponsive, I’ve been trying to get a prescription refill for a month, and I still couldn’t. I stopped by the office to talk to someone, during office hours, the door was locked, I was waved and yelled away. Very disappointing.

Walk in to a bright airy beautiful office, staff smiling and friendly more important helpful and knowledgeable, with a smile makes a change these days, Randy and Rebecca very helpful. Dr. Munoz is in demand so the wait was about 20 minutes. not bad for specialist. He was amazing, 1st experience like this. He was very attentive, listened, amble staff for him to actually spend time with me. Full service facility, lab, x-ray, bone density, ultrasound and infusion room. I have my doctor finally and will be continuing treatment with Dr. Munoz and his staff.

I'm a long time patient of doctor M UNO Z. I have rheumatoid arthritis. Doctor munoz has it under control. I've been on the RETUXIN Infusions 2 every 6 Months. . I would not be able to function without him. I am very grateful for him and his staff. He has a special room just for the chemotherapy or infusions. It's very comfortable And I really like the nurses Who set up the infusions. No everybody is not perfect at doctor munoz . He has a very Large amount of Patients. Not everyone is meant to be his patient. I personally love doctor munoz and I appreciate him and I am very thankful and I let him know. I don't have any problems with his staff answering the phone. If I can't get anybody I either leave a message or call back. So far after all these years his staff has been very kind to me when I show up for my appointments. Very professional also.

I was a patient of Dr. Munoz, since 2018 . I only saw him once . Don't think about calling the office cause no one picks up the phone, and if they do, they will put you on hold forever and then disconnect the call. My sister is seeing a new Dr in the office Dr Nitya Ramreddy , she was the only Dr. that diagnose her problem after so many Dr. could not help her. The Dr. told my sister I remember all your symptoms when I was studying and I will test you for what I believe you have, but that disease is mostly carry by men. Sure and behold she had the disease, that is mostly only carry by men. I saw my sister at thanksgiving dinner and she just looked like a different person her pain and symptoms are under control. Thanks Dr. Nitya Ramreddy. Part 2 : Went to see Dr. Nitya Ramreddy, I waited for almost 2hrs to see the Dr. When she finally came into the room she notice I was upset for having to wait so long. Instead of being apologetic she was very nasty and rude. I knew I did not want her as my Dr. How can I have a patient relationship with someone so nasty. She told me I had RA, not knowing that I had no information of that diagnose. I went home and looked up RA and I fell into a depression. If you can avoid this office do it.

Su equipo no sirve lo hace quedar mal yo llame a cancelar Mi cita me trataron mal por no hablar ingles y ahora me mandan una factura de 20 dolares por no asistir a la cita yo no sabia q habia q grabar la llamada para tener pruebas de q llame que mal su equipo de oficina q malos mal miy mal

Dr. Muñoz, usted es un excelente medico pero, toda esa gente que tiene trabajando para usted no sirve. Aún habiendo me ido un mes y medio atráz de la consulta, pedi que faxearan mis record. No lo habían hecho. tuvieron que llamar dos veces mas para los mandaron. Ni que hablar de la prescripción medica, que nunca llega a la farmacia.

He has the best bedside manner. So caring and kind, and thorough. I feel very confident with Dr Munoz as my rheumatologist. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an excellent physician!
