I recently had a heart attack. I'm a 50 year old man, 5'9", 165 lbs. I have been athletic, since I was a child. Dr. Polanco didn't seem to be interested about my health. He only showed interest on a double bypass surgery. He even took out a paper and drew it for me? The front office was rude and disrespectful. I brought in my DVDs. Office said they will mail them to me and I never received them. I now have a great Cardiologist. He never drew me a double bypass heart surgery and he's always very concern about my health.

My father has a heart delicate heart conditions . He was having issues this week and he had surgery recently . I called Several times to ask questions and never could get a hold Of Dr Polanco . We had an application for this week and they cancelled it and re-scheduled for month later . I said no cause my dad was not well and never got a call back . My dad is changing Doctors

My father made an appointment weeks ago for today at the Kendall Office we provide them all the information over the phone including the insurance information and when he arrived at the appointment they told him right there that they don’t take his insurance. It is disrespectful, irresponsible and unprofessional the fact that they waited until he went to the appointment to tell him, specially because we spoke with the office on Friday and they informed he was confirm for his appointment. They obviously already knew as they didn’t even ask him for the insurance card when he arrived and the moment he gave his name they told him. He had to take off work and if we had known they didn’t take his insurance we could’ve been looking for another cardiologist. I am giving this place 1 star because if not I wouldn’t be able to post this. Unbelievable the waste of time and the lack of consideration they have.

Dr. Polanko is amazing he has been my cardiologist for many years. I highly recommend him a true professional. The support staff and process in place are broken I gave 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️because of Dr. Polanko a true professional that cares.

Dr. Polanco is the best cardiologist. He is very attentive with his patients. The office is always very organized and clean. During these times with covid they have gone the extra mile to make sure all their patients are safe. The front desk staff Is also very sweet and helpful.

Dr.polanco is a very attentive doctor his thoroughness is amazing and really helps you feel better. His staff is very well when it comes to getting any info or resources for future help. They are always on top of your appointments because you know with this age things can get a little foggy but they sure do help when reminding me of my appointments! Would recommend to this doctor to anyone who truly wants amazing service!
