Dr. Franco is a decent doctor if he happens to see you as they normally don't have appointments and if they do "make you the favor" you have to wait at least 3 hours. So expect to take your day off to see the doctor. If you complain, the receptionist tell you with an attitude to go to the emergency room if you like. They never pick up the phone, they use a call message service that take messages and give to the receptionist who messages the doctor if you're lucky and then call you back if she's in the mood, layer after layer to talk to reach someone who knows.

I have been going to Dr. Franco for many years he is the best doctor I have ever had and his staff are super friendly and super attentive I definitely recommend you going there. He cares about his patients not like alot of other doctors i saw here.

Dr. Franco was my mothers doctor and my doctor. She adored him he was very gentle with her and everything anyone could want in a doctor. He took care of her through everything. After she passed, I since moved to Indiana because the pain of losing her was just to much. I needed to get away. Since I been living in Indiana I have yet to find a good doctor. So I just remain healthy so that I dont need any. Soon I will be moving back to Miami and I will be going back to Dr Franco for my family doctor. I miss you and your staff I hope all is well.

They have extremely long wait times. Expect to sit in the office for 2 to 3 hours before you can see the doctor. You can never reach anyone in the office. It’s always an answering service that picks up. This place is a waste of time.

Worst front desk staff I’m a new patient they pushed my appointment back 5 times finally got a date staff told me come in at 9:40 made it at 9:45 building alarm was going off so I waited she canceled my appointment and stated I have to reschedule 5 month later n closed the window in my face horrible

My boyfriend has been a patient of Dr. Franco for about a year now. He's very nice, very knowledgeable, and will take time out of his busy schedule to have a short phone conversation with his patients if necessary. Really the only downside are the long waiting times but that's an organizational office issue. Highly recommend him.

I called the clinic three times, every time I called they collect my info and said they will call me back for scheduling the appointment but they never called me back!!
