My first appointment was great and scheduled an endoscopy; great conversation with Dr. German.....my endoscopy was scheduled at 12:50PM for which I showed at 12:00PM; the office recommended 30 minutes before the appointment; the first issue happened during the check-in, apparently, due to the traffic in the office (busy); well, I waited until 2PM, and still no one called me for the procedure....I can understand that the office was busy or procedures were running late, but no customer service, no one told me anything and I ended up leaving the office; again no complaints with the original visit but staff needs to be better trained and there needs to be improvement on keeping your appoints running on time.
