DR PEREZ TREATED ME ONLINE IN JANUARY OF 2020 AND WAS AWESOME...SHE PRESCRIBED FOR ME THE MEDS NEEDED FOR DIABETES AND NEUROPATHY ISSUES AND WAS ATTENTIVE TO MY CONCERNS ABOUT A DR'S NOTE FOR BEING UNDER HER CARE FOR MY ILLNESS.

I had an appointment with Dr Perez via the DrSays service, and she failed to show up and never even explained why she never showed up. It was very disrespectful. My time is valuable too, so please treat me with some respect.

If I could leave them minus star I would, I’m not gonna say she is a bad doctor but I’ve had a horrible experience with her, a year ago I went for my annual check up and She barely looked at me, I asked her about my yearly gynecologist visit and she said I didn’t need it without realizing that a year before I had been checked for a mass in my breast. Then I asked her to go to a dietitian and she said my insurance didn’t cover it but I found out later that it does cover it, then I asked her about my back and she said I had a scoliosis So I asked her if there’s anything that I could do about it and she just said no, then this year I asked her for a referral to go see a bariatric surgeon and she said that my insurance doesn’t cover it again after I had already talked to my insurance and they told me that it does cover it, so far with me she has been no helpful and it feels like she doesn’t wanna do her job I would not recommend her at all
