Gladys Vazquez's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Vazquez is a wonderful and caring pediatrician. She has cared for my 3 children for the past 25 years. She is very knowledgeable and is always looking at the newest studies. She is easy to talk with and my kids felt very comfortable speaking with her. Her practice has urgent appointments available which we have needed to use on several occasions.

First time visit, transferred 3 kids after long time pediatrician quit general practice abruptly. Scheduling was easy, visit was thorough, bed side manners were awesome. Took the edge off the transfer in the 1st place.

Es horrible este lugar no lo recomiendo para nada , muy mala antencion de los del frente , y la doctora no te habla casi nada , si llamas para q te vean sin turno no te dejan verla y te ponen una enfermera q no sabe nada , la verdad si pueden llevar sus hijos a otro lado haganlo

Dr. Vazquez has been the pediatrician to our 3 kids for the past 19 years. I think she is a very good doctor. She has diagnosed some things in my kids that are not usual (I wouldn't say very rare) that were resolved after doing what she suggested. Dr. Vazquez also knows when to refer you to a specialist (she doesn't think she's all knowing). My kids love her because she is easy to talk with and as they got older, they feel very comfortable speaking with her about personal issues. One of the best things I like about her practice is that when I have called in because one of my kids was sick, they have ALWAYS given me an appointment for that same day. Believe me, after 19 years, we've had our share of urgent appointments.

Awesome pediatrician! She is very caring and knowledgable. She has taken care of our kids for over 20 years. The office is also open after hours in case you ever need them. Super clean and comfortable place for the kids to have a good experience.

I must say this weekend I have experienced the worse of this office. My doctor Glady Vasquez and the PA’s are great. However, the night and weekend staff are the worse. I am changing doctors because these people have made my life impossible this weekend. After I took my daughter on Friday to not have to take her to an urgent care. The PA forgot to put the medicine to the pharmacy. I have called to try to get ahold of the PA so she can put the medicine and I have been told they can not call the PA, I have been placed on hold for 45 mins and I have been hung up on. Then the PA finally got the Medicine in but it was discontinued so here I go again trying to call and now I get the answering service and they try to tell me to put my daughter on something without even seeing her and then tell me to call the office and not to speak to the front people to speak to their nurse the next morning. I just called to speak to the nurse and she tells me I have to bring in my daughter again because it is Saturday and she can not call the PA and they have a different doctor today. I am so outrage all I need is for the PA to call the Pharmacy and give the right medicine dosage. This is insane. I love my doctor but I can not deal with this anymore. I am out to find some other doctor with better staff. Horrible customer service just Horrible! Especially while working with kids.

Great peditrician she loves kids and she knows what she is doing but there is one problem and its her office staff

Dr. Galdys Vazquez is worth the wait!

Dr.vazquez is the best doctor I know. She warms my heart with her knowledge. She is great with kids and has traveled to learn more. I am so lucky I have her as my kids PF
