Grace Dwyer's Online Review Report Card

My last office visit to get my pet /ct results and she screamed at me in a drunken rage insulted me threatened to call the police on my next office visit shes a drunken wretch and needs her license revoked.

Excellent and I came back for a follow-up. That has never happenend before. All of the other doctors were just pushing pills not listening to my concerns. I am so appreciative of her service.

Dr. Dywer was nice and thorough when I saw her for my initial visit, but holy cow she has the absolute worst office staff! The receptionist is rude, lazy and very incompetent. I had a simple question for Dr. Dwyer and every time I called, the receptionist kept telling me that she left a sticky note for her and after that "it is out of her hands". If I wanted to speak to Dr. Dwyer I had to come in for an appointment and she tried to schedule me an appointment one month out for a simple question. Not to mention, they completely messed up the billing for my visit and it was complete chaos dealing with her to get it sorted out.

Dr. Dwyer herself was personable during the visit when I saw her. However, her office staff is a serious joke. They are rude, lazy and extremely incompetent. I have been trying to get ahold of my lab results and the office staff refuses to send them to me and they keep saying that they can't get ahold of her. How can you not get ahold of her? She works in the office with you. How can you refuse a patient their own lab results that they paid for? This practice is very questionable and concerning

Dr. Grace Dwyer is an awesome physician. I have been to other primary doctors within Miami Dade County and she is the best one by far. She is very personable and takes her time to get to know you and also she cares about things outside of your health (i.e. your hobbies, events, etc). She makes sure she answers any questions that you have and she does not rush you out of the door. I admire that about her. I would not want to go anywhere else. She is great!

I recommend my entire Family And they look forward to seeing Dr. D....SHE GET RESULTS.

Dr. Dwyer has been my Dr. for the past 6 1/2 years since I moved down here from Orlando and when I tell you I will go no where else because she is awesome. She's so personable which is a must when it comes to the healthcare field. Most Dr.'s now a days you don't even see them. But for her she will definitely take her time with you. Make sure that everything is ok with your health as well as life. I consider her like my 2nd mom because that's just how she treats her patients. WILL NEVER CHANGE.

She is very knowledgeable and a very caring doctor.
