Customer Service is HORRIBLE. Called to make an appointment for a new Primary Doctor and the Doctor had a 3 month wait list. No problem. Made an appointment 3 months out, just to be cancelled on 3 days prior for no reason. I think because the secretary did the realize they scheduled me a few days before Labor Day Weekend. Then, they explained that the next availability is in 2 months. Having to wait 5 months total for a check-up is unheard of. Crazy.

Great Customer Services. Dr Grace is a great provider she provides excellent quality service to all of her patients and dedication her staff nurses office managers are very professional and provide excellent quality service. I rate Mounts Medical Center number one by Us Reports. Thank very much for having you as a patient here at Mount Sinai Medical Center at Midtown. Luis Sanchez the office manager is always very professional and very helpful he is very helpful and helping me on anything that I need. I wish the office staff nurses doctors many blessings to you and may the Lord continue to bless the office with many more patients to help other medical needles. Dr. Imson is an amazing Dr. and person. I feel so fortunate to have her as my PCP. She listens, and genuinely cares. She has helped my overcome some very serious health problems, and has directed me with excellent referral’s for issues that require the attention of specialized medicine. She follows my progress, and responds to all of my questions and concerns. Her nurse is also excellent. I cannot express my gratitude enough!
