Siempre, Siempre he sido atendida Excelentemente, Gregory, es mi doctor desde 2014 y estoy muy muy satisfecha. .Porque siempre cuida de mi salud. Es lo que hace un buen doctor. Lo elegí porque en el 2014 , estuve con una bacteria estomacal y el doctor averiguó que bacteria era y me curo. Me sentía tan mal que me asusté muchísimo. Gracias nunca lo olvidaré

Usually I'm not one to write reviews but I just want to give the next person out there some insight on this office. I'm going to start off by saying that most of the staff is great. Geraldine is great (sorry if I butchered her name.) She is very attentive and makes your sick visit feel better by just being supportive and great bed side manners, she will always find a way to make me laugh. Rafael is great too he has great bed side manner and always listens to any concern you may have and finds the best possible outcome and to the point. All in all if I can rate them 5-stars separately I would. Now, the reason why I am rating this location 3-stars is because of the customer service; whoever answers the phones has no proper etiquette they hardly sound like they even want to speak to you they find the fastest way to get you off the phone and enjoy telling you why you're wrong. Also if I am calling to speak to a doctor or request a doctor to give me a call I don't feel comfortable to be asked why, I'm sure they need a topic which I don't mind giving them but I get pushed for details on something they are not authorized to give advice on and only for it to be dismissed and told that I'm wrong and that I need to go in either way. A few months back I had a question in regards to a medicine I was having a reaction on only to be told I would have to make an appointment for a doctor to see me when it could have simply been handled by changing it or telling me if its normal. Even after they tell me they would rely my message I don't think it does. All in all the medical staff is amazing and I would recommend them but not happy with the front desk/customer service.

Good doctor, but trying to get anything from prescriptions transferred to a new pharmacy to finding out test results from an xray lab just forget it... I've called several times and waited patiently for 2 weeks to get my prescription transferred and nothing. I called several times for 2 weeks to hear about my xray results and nothing... The clinic leaves lots to be desired.

Absolutely terrible. I've been trying to actively ask about my blood results and some reactions I had to medications I was prescribed for two weeks. These people are screening my calls and hanging up on me. I can't even get someone on the line for a referral fax for a specialist the Doctor already approved. Never again.

Excellent Doctor..good knowledge and assertive with the diagnosis. The staff very professional..and the waiting time is good. Also, they are open some Saturdays on a walking basis. I will continue seeing Dr. Fox...for the good care of my health...I follow very good his instructions...that's all we have to do...

Excellent doctor and an amazing staff

I went to Dr fox for help with leg pain that i had for some time and other issues. I kept going back complaining about the problem when he and none of the other drs In office could make a diagnosis. On one occasion I could tell one intern and other of the staff were making great fun of me and the pain I complained of , like I made it up. I guess that's what you do when you cant solve the problem, blame it on the patient. On another occasion I said if you cannot make a diagnosis this time I'm going to just give up trying to find an answer and accept the fact that I'm just going to be in this chronic pain. They actually inferred that I was suicidal, I guess they were looking for something to spice up their boring day when they heard "give up" I'm glad I ended my dysfunctional drs office patient relationship with Fox. I finally found a really good dr and it turns out the diagnosis was Rheumatoid arthritis. The whole office was unprofessional and probably more suited to treat colds , flu , and more common ailments, not investigative enough for more complex diseases.

Excelente médico. Locaciones acogedoras y limpias. Todo el equipo es muy atento y profesional. Los recomiendo 100 %.

The office management is really lacking. They are consistently hounding you to make appointments in order to charge you a copay. I was supposed to be given a referral for a specialist and when they didn't give me the referral, they told me I needed to come in (and pay another co-pay) to get the documents that they did not provide me in the first visit. It is very sad that I have to consider switching offices after so many years but this office has continued to have issues like this within the past few years.
