Dr Rubio treated my StepMom with Extreme professional care. He is a Great listener & is never in a hurry & very cautious in his treatment of An elderly patient as my stepmom is. I took my mom in to Dr Rubio’s office for the first time as her GI recommended surgery. My mom has several complications such as a heart condition and respiratory condition(of which she has continuous oxygen). The medical assistant that took her in, was new and struggling to document her medications and medical history as he clearly didn’t have experience. The nurse walked in and asked me for a colonoscopy results , of which I told her the front desk already had. I felt there was a lack of interest on the nurses part to look at the patients chart. I explained I didn’t feel comfortable with the way she was dealing with things. She became argumentative. The medical staff that receives a patient is the patients first impression of what’s to come. We left and won’t return.

Hace dos días fui con este doctor porque salí de una emergencia de diverticulitis. Me dijo que me podía operar en 8 semanas. Pero ni siquiera quería chequear como estaba mi colon. Me dijo que se apoyaría de una clonoscopia del 2021😩. Ósea que clase de cirujano es este. No me toco ni un Defoe. Lo más frío y sentí como si hubiese ido a la consulta con un ingeniero. CERO PUNTOS. Plssssss dejen de ser tan robot. Raspado

Dr. Rubio is a magnificent doctor. He truly cares for his patients and has a heart of gold. Words cant explain how fortunate iam to have him as my Dr. He truly is my Angel

El doctor fue muy profesional. Explico todo el proceso antes de hacer la cirugía de emergencia a mi esposo. Inmediatamente después de la cirugía le dio seguimiento, y todas las recomendaciones de lugar. Lo recomiendo 100% muy profesional, ético y muy buena persona.

Pésimo me pareció súper mal atención la que el doctor brinda a sus pacientes, ni siquiera me dio el diagnóstico correcto.me reviso en cinco minutos y eso fue todo . No lo recomiendo

Dr Rubio perform an emergency surgery on my mother and the procedure went extremely well for a 90 year old patient. He was very professional answering all questions and taking the time to explain the procedure.
