Office wait times are excessive and unsafe during this time of covid. The waiting room has mire than 13 people at a time. They over book the appointments so you wait more than 1.5 hours to be seen. There us no value or consideration for the patients time. This is unacceptable!

There is a long wait at office visits, even with an appointment, but the office staff is accommodating and quite courteous and the medical staff very knowledgable. For surgical procedures, Dr. Charles-Harris and his team are excellent. They treat patients with respect, superior knowledge and obvious accomplished experience.
