There is a long wait at office visits, even with an appointment, but the office staff is accommodating and quite courteous and the medical staff very knowledgable. For surgical procedures, Dr. Charles-Harris and his team are excellent. They treat patients with respect, superior knowledge and obvious accomplished experience.

I made this appointment two weeks ago for 11:15am today, so I just walked in 20 minutes early for my appointment I finished my paper work has an a new patient to and has 11:15 comes around I walk up to the receptionist and asked her if am next since I have a appointment and she told me I have 5 PEOPlE in front of me ! Unorganized , unprofessional who books over appointments and if they were walk in"s I should have gotten priority over walk in"s has I have a appointment not going back here again .

As a fellow colleague who was in need of surgery he was the physician I turned to. Post surgery I truly grateful for his kindness, compassion, and dedication to helping those in need. But I am most thankful for is his knowledge and skills in the operating room. Clearly he is among the top surgeons in America, period......
